Am here in N.O. & watch your show regularly. I have never seen anything that I can use for my husband who is an heart patient as well as a diabetic. Salt free & sugar free meals are not easy to find on tv. Do you have any plans on having any recipets on any show for either of these problems? If so, when?

Dear emerial, I must say i am a big fan of your show. I also enjoy cooking and cooking big meals for a small family we usually have lots of left overs. My question is how do you get started on becoming a chef?, as far as i know there are no programs around where i live with people with disbilities for cooking and i wish there was because cooking is really somthing i love to do and all my friends and family only let me cook on the holidays. I also hope someday you can come to kettering Ohio and maybe i could meet you and your wonderful staff. Do you have any cook books out if so how do you contact companys and to give them a list of your own recipies to start your own cookbook Or even give them a recipie or two. Is it expensive to be a chef? or to get started? Hope to hear for you soon, sincerely your biggest fan Renita
